Q: How to remove the Power Steering Cooler Pipe/Hose?

You need to raise and support the vehicle, remove the engine splash shield, and the power steering gear heat shield, next disconnect the cooler pipe low-pressure line from the power steering gear, disconnect the low-pressure hose from the cooler pipe, disconnect the wiring harness from the cooler bracket studs, then remove the cooler pipe bracket retaining studs and screws, and remove the cooler pipe.

You should install the cooler pipe, and the cooler pipe bracket retaining screws and studs, connect the wiring harness to the cooler bracket studs, and connect the low-pressure hose to the cooler pipe, then install the power steering gear heat shield, connect the cooler pipe low-pressure line to the power steering gear, and install the engine splash shield, lastly lower the vehicle.
