You should position the accelerator cable bracket on the throttle body, then install the nut and bolts, connect the cruise control cable to the accelerator cable bracket, connect the accelerator cable to the throttle body lever, and connect the cruise control cable to the throttle lever and accelerator bracket.

Q: How to clean the Throttle Body?
A:
You need to remove the air cleaner outlet duct, remove the air inlet screen if applicable, next inspect the throttle body bore and the throttle valve plate for deposits, remove and disassemble the throttle body for cleaning if the deposits are excessive, then assemble and install the throttle body, install the air inlet screen if applicable and the air cleaner outlet duct.

You need to disconnect the accelerator cable cross slug from the throttle body lever, disconnect the accelerator cable from the accelerator cable bracket, disconnect the cruise control cable from the throttle lever and accelerator bracket, then remove the nut and bolts holding the accelerator cable bracket to the throttle body, and remove the accelerator cable bracket.

A:
You can remove the throttle control cable bracket from the throttle body, remove the canister purge solenoid valve, disconnect the idle air control electrical connector, remove the idle air control valve attaching screws, remove the idle air control valve and remove the idle air control valve o-ring.
