You need to remove all of the related panels and components and any excess sealer surrounding the existing hinge, scribe the location of the hinge on the hinge pillar, hand-sand the existing hinge, center punch each of the 4 weld marks on the original hinge, drill through the hinge only at each punch location, and remove the hinge and all of the remaining welds from the pillar surface.
