You need to release the adhesive blocks, install the latch handle bezel, clean the sheet metal at the right and left sides of the bezel opening, peel the protective tape liner, seat the bezel at the bottom of the opening, roll the bezel forward seating and securing the upper integral locking tabs, and apply palm pressure to both outer edges of the bezel.

You need to open the end gate, support the top of the bezel, position and finger tighten the two upper bolts, and close the end gate.

Q: What is the removal procedure for the latch of the endgate?
A:
You need to lower the endgate, loosen the handle bolts raise the endgate, remove the handle bezel, and disengage the linkage rods lower and support the endgate. You also need to remove the cables from the side panel cable retainer bolts and the bolt holding the latch assembly, disengage the linkage rod from the latch assembly, and remove the latch assembly from the endgate.

You need to remove the end gate bezel bolts, plastic tree retainers, and pick up box end gate latch handle bezel, press at the bottom of the bezel, open the end gate and support the top of the bezel, position and finger tighten the two upper bolts, and close the end gate.
