You need to remove the rocker's arm, disconnect the spark plug wire, loosen the spark plug, brush or air blast away any dirt or debris, remove the spark plug, install the J22794, attach an air hose, apply compressed air, compress the valve spring, remove the valve stem keys, release the valve spring tension, remove the J38606, the valve spring cap, the valve spring, and the valve stem oil seal and shim.

A:
You need to use grease, make sure the keys seat properly, release the valve spring pressure, remove the J38606, and tap the end of the valve stem with a plastic-faced hammer to seat the keys.
