Q: How do you replace the shock, shock component, and/or spring?
A:
You can raise the vehicle, remove the tire, the wheel, and the shock module, install the shock module into the spring compressor, mark the upper control arm assembly and insulator, turn the spring compressor forcing screw, remove the magnitude sensor nut, the shock absorber upper retaining nut and the shock absorber, loosen the compressor forcing screw and remove the upper control arm bracket assembly, insulator and coil spring.

Q: How do you replace the shock absorber?
A:
You can remove the trim panel, move the sound insulator away, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the upper shock mounting nuts, raise the vehicle, disconnect the automatic level control and remove the lower shock mounting bolt and the shock.

Q: How do you dispose of the shock absorber?
A:
You can make an indentation 50 mm (2 inches) from the top of the tube, make an indentation 25 mm (1.0 inch) from the bottom of the tube, clamp the shock absorber in a vise horizontally, drill a hole in the shock absorber, drill a second hole in the shock absorber and remove the shock absorber from the vise.

You can install the yoke and the yoke to lower the control arm retaining nut, install the yoke to the shock, install the yoke to the shock retaining bolt and nut, install the tire and wheel and lower the vehicle.

A:
The procedure is to install the shock and the lower shock mounting bolt, connect the automatic level control air line, guide the shock to the body, install the upper shock mounting nuts, connect the electrical connector, reposition the sound insulator and install the trim panel.
