The installation procedure is to install the park brake shoe assembly by grasping the shoe and spreading slightly while pulling the shoe over the actuator assembly, install the parking brake shoe retaining spring, adjust the parking brake shoe-to-drum clearance, install the wheel bearing/hub and the brake rotor.

A:
You can remove the brake rotor and the wheel bearing/hub, rotate the parking brake adjusting nut until all parking brake shoe adjustment has been removed, remove the parking brake shoe retaining spring, remove the park brake shoe assembly by grasping the shoe and spreading slightly while pulling the shoe from the actuator assembly.
