Q: How do you install the Evaporator Core?
A:
If replacing the evaporator, you need to add refrigerant oil to the evaporator. You can install the water core filter to the evaporator, a new side seal to the evaporator core, a new upper seal to the evaporator core, two new lower seals to the evaporator core, the HVAC module assembly seal to the lower module case, and the evaporator core into the HVAC module assembly lower case, align the guide and attach the upper and lower HVAC module assembly case, and then install the HVAC module assembly upper screws, the defroster actuator, the recirculation housing to the HVAC module assembly, the recirculation housing screws and the HVAC module assembly.

Q: How do you remove the Evaporator Core?
A:
You need to remove the HVAC module assembly, all of the outer HVAC module assembly seals, and the recirculation housing from the HVAC module assembly, release the retaining clip to the defroster actuator from the HVAC module assembly, remove the defroster actuator and the HVAC module assembly case upper screws, separate the HVAC module assembly case and remove the HVAC module assembly seal from the lower module case, the evaporator core and the water core filter from the evaporator.
