Q: How do you remove the Body Control Module?
A:
You need to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the left instrument panel insulator, disconnect the body control module (BCM) electrical connectors, push the BCM up and move the bottom of the BCM away from and out of the mounting bracket slot to remove the BCM.

Q: What should I do after programming the Body Control Module (BCM)?
A:
You need to turn the ignition OFF for 10 seconds, connect the scan tool to the data link connector, turn the ignition ON with the engine OFF, and use the scan tool to retrieve history DTCs from all modules and clear all history DTCs.

Q: How do you install the Body Control Module?
A:
You need to push the top of the BCM up into the mounting bracket to install the BCM. Then, while holding the BCM up, you can engage the bottom of the BCM into the mounting bracket slot, connect the BCM electrical connectors, install the left instrument panel insulator, connect the negative battery cable, and set up the new BCM.
