Q: How do you remove the Power Steering Pump (3.1L)?
A:
You need to remove the coolant recovery reservoir and move aside, the accessory drive belt from the power steering pump pulley, the ignition control wiring harness near the power steering pump, the power steering pressure hose from the power steering pump, the power steering return hose from the power steering pump, the power steering pump mounting bolts, the power steering pump, the power steering pump pulley from the power steering pump and the power steering pump reservoir from the power steering pump.

You need to use J 25033-C to install the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump, install the accessory drive belt, fill the power steering system, bleed the power steering system and inspect the power steering system for leaks.

Q: How do you install the Power Steering Pump (3.1L)?
A:
You need to install the power steering pump reservoir to the power steering pump and the power steering pump pulley to the power steering pump, position the power steering pump to the engine, install the power steering pump mounting bolts, the power steering pressure hose to the power steering pump, the power steering return hose to the power steering pump, the ignition control wiring harness to the power steering pump, the accessory drive belt to the power steering pump pulley and the coolant recovery reservoir, fill the power steering system with power steering fluid, bleed the power steering system and remove the drain pan from under the vehicle.
