Q: How do you install the Valve Lifter?
A:
You need to coat the valve lifters with pre-lube GM P/N 1052367 (Canadian P/N 992869) or equivalent, and install the valve lifters to the same location from which they were removed, the valve lifter guides, the valve lifter guide bolts, the intake manifold oil splash shield, the valve rocker arms and pushrods, and the lower intake manifold.

Q: How do you remove the Valve Lifter?
A:
You need to remove the lower intake manifold, the valve rocker arms and pushrods, the intake manifold oil splash shield, the lifter guide bolts, the valve lifter guides, and the valve lifters, clean all gasket surfaces with degreaser and the valve train parts and inspect the valve lifters and the cam lobes for wear.
