2005 Buick Century Valve Spring

You need to install the valve stem oil seal, the valve spring and the valve cap, compress the valve using the J 38606, install the valve locks, hold the valve locks in place with grease, release the valve spring using the J 38606 and ensure that the valve locks are seated, release the air pressure and remove the J22794 from the spark plug port and install the valve rocker arm and the spark plug.

You need to remove the spark plug from the cylinder that is being serviced and the rocker arm, install the J 22794 to the spark plug port, apply compressed air to hold the valves in place, install the J 38606 on the valve spring, compress the valve spring with the J 38606 and remove the valve locks, the valve cap, the valve spring, and the valve stem oil seal.
