Q: How to install the Evaporator Core?
A:
You should add the proper amount of refrigerant oil to the evaporator, install the evaporator core into the module housing, install the upper HVAC module case, install the upper HVAC module screws, install the seal over the heater core and the evaporator pipes and install the HVAC assembly.

A:
You should remove the HVAC module assembly, remove the seal from around the heater core and the evaporator tubes, remove the upper HVAC evaporator case screws, separate the HVAC evaporator case halves and remove the evaporator core.
