Q: How do I install the generator?
A:
You should position the generator on the engine, install the generator mounting bolts, connect the wiring harness connector to the generator, connect the positive lead and install the generator output BAT terminal nut, press the protective boot onto the generator output BAT terminal, install the generator brace and fasteners, install the fuel injector sight shield, install the drive belt and connect the battery negative cable.

Q: How do I remove the generator?
A:
You should disconnect the battery negative cable, remove the drive belt, remove the fuel injector sight shield, remove the fasteners securing the generator brace, remove the generator brace, disconnect the wiring harness connector from the generator, reposition the protective boot from the generator output BAT terminal for access, remove the generator output BAT terminal nut and disconnect the battery positive lead from the generator, remove the generator mounting bolts and remove the generator from the vehicle.
