You should position the cigar lighter retainer with the key to the slot into the cigar lighter hole, connect the cigar lighter electrical connector, align the cigar lighter socket to the front console cup-holder, and press into place until fully seated, install the cigar lighter element and install the cigar lighter fuse.

You should pull outward on the front trim panel to release the retaining clips, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the trim panel and remove the power accessory receptacle from the trim panel.

You should remove the cigar lighter fuse, remove the cigar lighter element, remove the cigar lighter socket by placing one side of the °T° portion of the tool J 42059 into the tab window and then angle the other side into the opposite tab window, then pull the lighter socket straight out and disconnect the cigar lighter electrical connector.

You should install the power accessory receptacle to the trim panel, connect the electrical connector, align the retaining clips on the trim panel with the console and push inward to secure the retaining clips.
