Q: How to remove the Latch-Rear Door?
A:
You should remove the door trim panel, the door module, the water deflector, and the inside door handle, disconnect the outside door handle rod from the door latch by opening the clip on the door latch, remove the door latch fasteners, remove the door latch with the inside door handle latch and lock rods attached, disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the handle and lock rods from the door latch.

You should remove the door latch fasteners, remove the window run channel fastener, position the window run channel out of the way, remove the door latch from the door with the inside door handle and lock rods attached and remove the handle and lock rods from the door latch.
