You should remove the headlamp/fascia panel support bracket fasteners, the headlamp/fascia panel support brackets, the Radiator Support Brackets, the Air Cleaner Assembly, and the upper tie bar fasteners and remove the upper tie bar from the vehicle.

You should install the upper tie bar onto the vehicle, the upper tie bar fasteners, the Air Cleaner Assembly, the Radiator Support Brackets, the headlamp/fascia panel support brackets, and the headlamp/fascia panel support bracket fasteners.

Q: What should be noticed in removing the Radiator?
A:
You should slide the plastic cap off the transaxle oil cooler pipe quick connect fittings, disconnect the upper and lower transaxle oil cooler pipes from the radiator using the J 41623-B, remove the A/C condenser mounting bolts, separate the condenser from the radiator, and lift the radiator up and out of the vehicle.

Q: What should be noticed in installing the Radiator?
A:
The bolt retaining the condenser to the radiator end tank is a special length and should be the ONLY bolt used upon reinstallation. The use of a longer bolt will damage the radiator end tank.
