You should run the wipers into the Park position, disconnect the washer hose from the air inlet grille panel, remove the cover from the nut holding the wiper arm, remove the wiper arm nut, remove the arm from the pivot shaft, depress the end of the wiper blade retaining clip and slide the blade off of the wiper arm hook and bring the wiper arm hook out through the opening in the wiper blade.

You should install the wiper blade onto the arm, slide the arm hook onto the blade retaining clip, operate the wiper system, turn the wiper control switch to the OFF position, install the wiper arm onto the pivot shaft, install the nut on the wiper arm pivot shaft, install the cover onto the nut, attach the washer hose to the fitting on the air inlet grille panel and operate the wipers and washers and check for proper operation.
