Q: How to remove the Evaporator Hose Assembly?
A:
First, you need to recover the refrigerant, remove the evaporator hose from the condenser, and remove the evaporator hose and the accumulator tube from the evaporator. Then, please remove the clip retaining the evaporator hose to the frame rail, and remove the evaporator hose from the vehicle. Finally, you should remove and discard the O-rings from the evaporator hose and the accumulator tube.

First, you need to recover the refrigerant, remove the evaporator hose from the accumulator cover, and remove the accumulator cover and the compressor hose from the accumulator. Then, please disconnect the compressor hose retaining clip at the frame rail, remove the compressor hose from the condenser, disconnect the electrical connector from the A/C pressure sensor, and remove the compressor hose. Finally, you should remove and discard the sealing washers from the compressor hose at the compressor and accumulator mounting locations, and remove and discard the O-rings.
