Q: How to remove the Expansion (Orifice) Tube?
A:
First, you need to recover the refrigerant and remove the evaporator hose from the accumulator cover. Then, please loosen the line fitting at the expansion tube location, separate the evaporator hose at the expansion tube location, and remove the expansion tube from the evaporator hose. Finally, you should remove and discard the O-rings from the evaporator hose.
