Then, please raise the lower control arm and install the shock-absorbing lower retaining bolts. Finally, you should install the adjustment link to the control arm, and install the tire and wheel.

Q: How to disassemble the Strut, Strut Component, and/or Spring?
A:
First, you need to remove the strut from the vehicle, install the strut in the J 45400, and turn the spring compressor forcing screw until the coil spring is compressed. Then, please hold the strut shaft, and remove the upper strut mount nut and the strut. Finally, you should loosen the compressor forcing screw until the upper strut mount and coil spring may be removed, remove the upper strut mount and the coil spring.

Then, please separate the adjustment link from the knuckle and slowly lower the lower control arm until it bottoms on the support assembly. Finally, you should use a pry bar to pry under the lower spring insulator and remove the spring with the insulator, remove the upper insulator by pulling downward.
