Q: How to remove the Heater Core?
A:
First, you need to drain the cooling system, remove the heater hose clamps, remove the heater hoses from the heater core, remove the console assembly, and the auxiliary air distribution duct. Then, please remove the heater core heat shield cover from the HVAC module assembly, remove the air filter access cover, and lower and move the cover to obtain enough access to remove the heater core. Finally, you should remove the retaining screws and straps from the heater core, and remove the heater core.
