Q: How to remove the Recirculation Actuator?
A:
First, you need to remove the instrument panel (I/P) compartment and the right sound insulator, remove the body control module (BCM) and the HVAC programmer from the brackets, and lay them aside. Then, please remove the I/P relay and fuse junction block lower electrical connectors, turn the relay block and disconnect the upper electrical connectors. Finally, you should remove the I/P fuse and relay junction block, disconnect the electrical connector from the recirculation actuator, and remove the recirculation actuator.

Q: How to install the Recirculation Actuator?
A:
First, you need to connect the electrical connector to the recirculation actuator, connect the I/P fuse and relay block upper electrical connectors, position the relay block and install the bolts and nut. Then, please connect the lower relay block electrical connectors and install the BCM and the HVAC programmer into the appropriate brackets. Finally, you should install the right sound insulator and the I/P compartment, and recalibrate the actuators.
