FAQ for Power Steering Reservoir Repair

Q: How to disassemble the Power Steering Reservoir-Off Vehicle (CB Series)?
A:
First, you need to place the hydraulic pump on a fixed, flat surface, with the shaft facing upward. Then, please insert a screwdriver into the retaining clip tab, force the retaining clip tab outward, and slide the reservoir clip away from the hydraulic pump assembly. Finally, you should remove the reservoir from the hydraulic pump housing, and remove the O-ring seal from the neck of the reservoir or the hydraulic pump housing.
