FAQ for Windshield Wiper Arms Repair

Q: How to remove the Wiper Arm?
A:
First, you need to turn the ignition switch to the ACCY position, set the wiper switch to the DELAY or AUTO DELAY position, and turn the ignition OFF when the wiper arms are in the inner wipe position and not moving. Then, please disconnect the washer hose from the washer hose connector, mark the position of the wiper blade on the windshield with a suitable marker or masking tape, and raise the hood. Finally, you should remove the cover from the nut, remove the wiper arm from the drive shaft, clean the drive shaft knurls with a wire brush, and remove the wiper blade from the wiper arm.
