Q: How to remove the Intake Manifold?
A:
You should relieve the fuel pressure, remove the throttle body, the powertrain control module (PCM) retaining bolts and nuts, and the PCM mounting studs, position the PCM out of the way, disconnect the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor electrical connector, the fuel feed and fuel return pipes and the integral clip, remove the engine wire harness bracket bolt, position the engine electrical wire harness bracket with wires attached out of the way, disconnect the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor electrical connector, the crankcase ventilation hose, and the vacuum brake booster hose, remove the generator, loosen the intake manifold bolts and remove the intake manifold.
