Q: How to remove the Radiator (LL8)?
A:
You should drain the coolant from the radiator, recover the refrigerant, raise the vehicle, remove the lower radiator support shield, reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp using J 38185, remove the outlet radiator hose and the transmission cooler lines from the radiator, lower the vehicle, remove the cooling fan and shroud, the radiator support diagonal brace and the coolant recovery line from the radiator, disconnect the radiator side panels from the shroud and remove the radiator and the bolts retaining the condenser to the radiator.
