You should swing open the endgate and remove the endgate trim panel, the inner reinforcement panel, the window, the screws retaining the run channels to the endgate, and the run channels from the endgate.

Q: How to install the Window Run Channels-Endgate Lower?
A:
You should install the run channels to the endgate, loosely install the screws retaining the run channels to the endgate, install the window, lower the window down fully into the endgate, finish tightening the screws retaining the run channels to the endgate and install the inner reinforcement panel and the endgate trim panel.
