You need to install the new bushings and position the door on the hinges, the door hinge roller pins, the C-clips that retain the door hinge roller pins, and the door hinge spring, and lubricate the hinge roller pins using multi-purpose lubricant Superlube (GM P/N 12346241) or equivalent.
