A:
You need to open the glove box to expose the glove box retaining tab, lift the retaining tab and allow the glove box to hang freely, release the plastic retainer that retains the hazard/turn signal flasher to the C203 body harness connector, then remove the hazard/turn signal flasher.

Q: What is the installation procedure for the hazard and turn signal flasher?
A:
The procedure is to install the hazard/turn signal flasher to the C203 body harness connector, install the plastic retainer and ensure the hazard/turn signal flasher will not work its way loose over time, lift the glove box retaining tab to install the glove box to its original position, and close the glove box.
