The procedure is to remove the compressor, remove the compressor clutch plate bolt, remove the compressor clutch plate, remove the compressor pulley snap ring, remove the compressor pulley, remove the compressor clutch coil snap ring and remove the compressor clutch coil.

Q: How do you install the compressor clutch assembly (direct-mount)?
A:
You can clean the clutch plate bolt threads with an M6x1.0 tap, install the compressor clutch coil, install the compressor clutch coil snap ring, install the compressor pulley, install the compressor pulley snap ring, place a small amount of oil on the 0.4 mm (0.016 in) air gap shim and place inside the clutch drive plate, install the compressor clutch plate, measure the air gap between the pulley and the drive plate, install the clutch drive plate bolt, tighten the compressor clutch drive plate bolt, install the compressor and leak test the fittings.
