You can install new O-rings, install the accumulator tube, install the accumulator tube fitting nuts, reposition the cruise control module, position the bracket holding the PCM module onto the shock tower, install the bracket nuts holding the PCM module onto the shock tower, evacuate and recharge the A/C system and leak test the fittings of the component.

Q: What is the recommended torque when installing the compressor hose assembly and the fitting nut to the accumulator?
A:
You can tighten the fitting nut to 35 Nm (26 lb-ft).

Q: How do you install the evaporator tube?
A:
You can install the evaporator tube, raise the vehicle, install the evaporator tube to the evaporator, lower the vehicle, install the tube to the retraining clip, install the evaporator tube to the condenser, install the accumulator tube, install the coolant surge tank hoses, install the hood close out filler panel, evacuate and charge the A/C system and leak test the fittings of the component.

Q: How do you replace the evaporator tube?
A:
You can recover the refrigerant, remove the hood close-out filler panel, remove the coolant surge tank hoses, remove the nut connecting the evaporator tube to the condenser, discard the O-ring seal, remove the tube from the retaining clip and the accumulator tube, raise the vehicle, remove the evaporator tube from the evaporator, discard the O-ring seals, lower the vehicle and remove the evaporator tube.

Q: How do you replace the accumulator tube?
A:
You can recover the refrigerant, reposition the cruise control module out of the way, remove the 2 nuts holding the bracket for the PCM Module, remove the accumulator tube fitting nut, remove the accumulator tube fitting nut, remove the accumulator tube and remove and discard the O-rings.
