A:
You can lubricate the new piston seal, install the lubricated, new piston seal, install the caliper piston, install the new piston dust boot seal, fully seat the dust boot seal into the counterbore, install the bleeder valve and cap to the caliper and install the front brake caliper.

Q: What is the disassembly procedure for the brake caliper?
A:
The procedure is to remove the brake caliper, the brake caliper piston, the piston dust boot seal, the piston seal, and the bleeder valve, clean the brake caliper piston bore and seal counterbore and the caliper piston, dry the caliper piston bore and counterbore, and the piston, inspect the caliper bore, remove the imperfection with a fine emery paper, replace the caliper assembly and inspect the caliper piston for cracks, scoring, and/or damage to the chrome plating.

Q: What is the installation procedure for the disc brake hardware?
A:
The procedure is to apply a thin layer of high-temperature silicone brake lubricant to the exterior of the new brake caliper bushings, install the new bushings, apply a liberal amount of high-temperature silicone brake lubricant to the interior of the NEW bushings, apply a thin layer of high-temperature silicone brake lubricant to the bushing surface of the caliper bolts, install the caliper bolts, clean the brake pad mating surface, apply a thin layer of high-temperature silicone brake lubricant to the brake pad mating surface on the steering knuckle and install the disc brake pads.
