Q: What is the removal procedure for the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister vent solenoid valve?
A:
The procedure is to raise the vehicle, loosen the EVAP canister vent valve hose clamp, slide the clamp down the hose away, remove the hose, remove the EVAP canister vent valve, remove the clip from the EVAP canister vent valve harness connector and disconnect the EVAP canister vent valve harness connector.

Q: How do you install the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister vent solenoid valve?
A:
You can connect the EVAP canister vent valve harness connector, install the clip into the EVAP canister vent valve harness connector, install the EVAP canister vent valve, lubricate the hose end, install the hose, slide the EVAP canister vent valve hose clamp down and lower the vehicle.
