The procedure is to raise the vehicle, remove the tire and wheel assemblies, remove the tie rod, disconnect the ABS electrical connector, remove the hub and bearing assembly, remove the bolts and nuts that attach the steering knuckle to the strut, remove the lower ball joint and remove the steering knuckle.

Q: How do you install the steering knuckle?
A:
You can install the steering knuckle, install the lower ball joint, install the bolts and the nuts attaching the steering knuckle to the strut, install the hub and bearing assembly, connect the ABS electrical connector, install the tie rod to the steering knuckle, install the tire and wheel assemblies and inspect the front wheel alignment.
