You can tighten the bolt to 40 Nm (30 lb-ft).

Q: What is the recommended torque when installing the new stabilizer shaft insulator brackets and retaining bolts?
A:
You can tighten the stabilizer shaft insulator bracket bolts to 66 Nm (49 lb-ft).

Q: What is the removal procedure for the stabilizer shaft insulator?
A:
The procedure is to raise the vehicle, remove the front tire and wheel assemblies, remove the stabilizer shaft from the vehicle and remove the stabilizer shaft bushings from the stabilizer shaft.
