Q: How do you remove the shift lever?
A:
You should remove the upper and lower trim covers if necessary, remove the wire harness straps from the wire harness assembly, the shift lever screw from the shift lever assembly and the shift lever and seal from the column, and remove the shift lever seal from the shift lever if necessary.

A:
You should install the shift lever seal onto the shift lever assembly if necessary, install the shift lever assembly to the steering column and the shift lever screw into the shift lever assembly, and install the upper and lower trim covers if necessary.

Q: How do you install the transmission mount (RPO Z85 and ZQ8)?
A:
You should install the Transmission Mount to the vehicle and the mount to transmission bolts, and remove the transmission jack.
Q: How do you install the automatic transmission fluid?
A:
You should install the new filter seal into the transmission case, the new filter into the case, the oil pan and a new gasket and the oil pan bolts, remove the container used to catch the used transmission fluid from under the vehicle, and install the transmission range selector cable bracket bolts.
Q: How do you install the transmission fluid cooler hose/pipe?
A:
You should install the transmission fluid cooler lines to the vehicle, the transmission fluid cooler lines to the transmission, the front exhaust pipe assembly, and the transmission support, then remove the transmission jack and install the clip that holds the transmission fluid cooler lines together, the transmission fluid cooler lines to the right side of the engine, the transmission fluid cooler line to the retainer located on the radiator and the transmission fluid cooler lines to the radiator.
