Q: How do you remove the timing chain and sprockets?
A:
You should remove the camshaft cover, the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor, and the engine front cover, install the -J 44221 to the rear of the camshafts, and remove the exhaust camshaft position actuator bolt, the exhaust camshaft position actuator, the intake camshaft sprocket bolt, the intake camshaft sprocket, the timing chain, and the crankshaft sprocket.

Q: How do you install the timing chain and sprockets?
A:
You should install the crankshaft sprocket to the crankshaft snout, the intake camshaft sprocket into the timing chain, the timing chain on the crankshaft sprocket, the intake camshaft sprocket onto the intake camshaft, the new intake camshaft sprocket bolt, the exhaust camshaft actuator into the timing chain, the exhaust camshaft actuator onto the exhaust camshaft and the new exhaust camshaft actuator bolt, remove the tee in the timing chain tensioner to regain tension on the timing chain and the J44221 from the camshafts, and install the engine front cover, the CMP sensor and the camshaft cover.
