You need to remove the surge tank cap, reposition the surge tank inlet hose clamp, remove the surge tank inlet hose, unclip the surge tank inlet hose from the underhood junction block bracket, remove the air cleaner outlet resonator, unclip the surge tank inlet hose from the fuel rail, reposition the surge tank inlet hose clamp, and remove the surge tank inlet hose from the engine.

Q: How to remove the Surge Tank?
A:
You need to drain the cooling system, reposition the surge tank inlet hose clamp, remove the surge tank inlet hose from the surge tank, remove the underhood junction block bracket nuts, remove the underhood junction block bracket bolt, lift the underhood junction block bracket and position away from the surge tank, remove the surge tank nut, the surge tank outlet hose, disconnect the coolant level sensor electrical connector, and remove the surge tank.

Q: How to install the Surge Tank Hose/Pipe-Outlet (2.4L (LE5)?
A:
You need to route the surge tank outlet hose and install the surge tank outlet hose to the engine, reposition the hose clamp at the engine to secure the hose, install the surge tank outlet hose, reposition the hose clamp to secure the hose, install the surge tank nut, install the underhood electrical center, the surge tank inlet hose, reposition the hose clamp to secure the hose, and fill the cooling system.
