Q: What is the removal procedure for the Exhaust Heat Shield?
A:
The procedure is to remove the catalytic converter, remove the muffler pipe forward insulators from the underbody hangers, support the muffler pipe, remove the heat shield nut, drill out heat shield rivets, and remove the heat shield.
