Q: What is the removal procedure for the Starter Motor (RPOs L61/LE5)?
A:
The procedure is to disconnect the negative battery cable, remove the starter solenoid terminal nut, remove the positive battery cable terminal from the starter, remove the starter solenoid wire terminal from the starter, remove the starter solenoid °S° terminal nut, the engine harness terminal from the starter, the starter bolts, and the starter.

The recommended torque is 17 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
Q: How to remove the battery current sensor?
A:
You need to remove the battery from the battery tray negative battery cable, remove the tape securing the battery current sensor to the negative battery cable, and remove the battery current sensor from the negative battery cable.
Q: How to install the generator (RPOs L61/LE5)?
A:
You need to position the generator to the engine block, install the generator bolts, install the starter solenoid wire terminal to the generator, install the generator terminal nut, position the starter solenoid wire boot, connect the engine harness electrical connector to the generator, then install the air cleaner outlet duct and the drive belt, lastly connect the negative battery cable.
