Q: How to install the Rack and Pinion Outer Tie Rod End?
A:
You need to clean the inner tie rod threads, install a new outer to inner tie rod jam nut, thread the outer tie rod onto the inner tie rod using the previously recorded thread count, install the outer tie rod to the steering knuckle, install a new outer tie rod nut and the front wheel, set the toe.
