Q: How to remove the Wheel Stud (5-Stud Pattern)?
A:
You need to remove the tire and wheel assembly, remove and support the brake caliper and bracket as an assembly, and remove the brake rotor, rotate the bearing hub to a position where the least amount of interference between the stud and the steering knuckle exists, and release the wheel stud from the bearing hub and discard the stud.

Q: What is the installation procedure for the Wheel Stud (Disc Brake)?
A:
The procedure is to install the new wheel stud into the wheel bearing hub, add enough washers to draw the stud into the hub, install the wheel nut with the flat side against the washers, tighten the wheel nut until the head of the wheel stud is fully seated against the back of the bearing hub flange, remove the wheel nut and the washers, install the brake rotor and the tire and wheel assembly.
