You should remove the rear brake drum assembly, remove the adjuster assembly, remove the retractor spring from the secondary brake shoe, remove the secondary brake shoe from the backing plate, remove the retractor spring from the primary brake shoe, remove the primary brake shoe from the backing plate, remove the return spring, and then remove the park brake cable from the lever.
