The procedure is to install the Radiator support, and the radiator support bolts, connect the surge tank inlet hose assembly to the radiator support tabs and install the air cleaner assembly.
Q: How to remove the Water Pump (7.0L)?
A:
You need to remove the air cleaner intake duct, remove the accessory drive belt, drain the cooling system, reposition the inlet and outlet hose clamps at the Water Pump, remove the inlet and outlet hoses from the water pump, reposition the heater inlet and surge tank outlet hose clamps at the water pump, remove the heater inlet and surge tank outlet hoses from the water pump, remove the water pump bolts, remove the water pump and the water pump gaskets, clean and inspect the water pump.
Q: What should be known before serving the Thermostat?

The water pump inlet and Thermostat must be replaced as an assembly. The thermostat is not serviceable separately.
