A:
You need to remove the tire and wheel assembly, disconnect the wheel speed sensor harness connector, disconnect the ESC position sensor link, remove the brake rotor, separate the outer tie rod end from the suspension knuckle, remove the spindle nut retainer, the spindle nut and the washer, separate the suspension knuckle from the upper control arm, separate the suspension knuckle from the lower control arm ball joint stud, and remove the suspension knuckle.

Q: How to install the Steering Knuckle?
A:
You need to install the steering knuckle to the upper control arm and the lower control arm, install the steering linkage outer tie rod ball stud to the steering knuckle, install the stabilizer shaft link to the lower control arm, connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector, install the brake rotor and caliper, the tire and wheel assembly. Check the front wheel toe and adjust as necessary.

The procedure is to install the suspension knuckle to the lower control arm ball joint stud, install the suspension knuckle ball joint stud to the upper control arm, install the spindle nut, washer and retainer, install the outer tie rod end to the suspension knuckle, install the brake rotor and caliper, connect the wheel speed sensor harness connector, connect the ESC position sensor link, install the tire and wheel assembly, and perform a rear wheel alignment.
