You can remove the front tires, remove both outer tie rods to steering knuckle nuts, separate the tie rods from the steering knuckles, remove the intermediate to steering gear pinch bolt, remove the steering gear to cradle mounting bolts, and then remove the steering gear through the right side of the vehicle.

You can install the boot with the large clamp loosely attached, the spring clamp to the small end of the boot, the jam nut, the outer tie rod, and the tire assembly.
