01/11/2022Q: What is the removal procedure for the Camshaft Position Sensor?
A:
Disconnect the camshaft position sensor electrical connector, remove the CMP sensor bolt, remove the CMP sensor, and inspect the CMP sensor o-ring seal for cuts or damage. If the seal is not cut or damaged, it may be reused. Remove the CMP sensor O-ring seal, if necessary.
