Q: What should be done before servicing the Ignition Lock Cylinder?
A:
Disconnect the negative battery cable, disable the SIR system, remove the tilt lever, and remove the steering wheel and the steering column trim covers. Perform passkey relearn after the ignition lock cylinder has been replaced.
