You need to raise and suitably support the vehicle, remove the power steering gear, install the power steering gear into a vise, remove the Pitman Arm nut and washer, and the pitman's arm.

You need to raise the vehicle and remove the engine protection shield, the outer Tie Rod End, and the inner tie rod end.

You need to raise the vehicle, remove the engine protection shield, the steering damper from the relay rod, the idler arm ball stud nut, the pitman arm nut, the relay rod from the idler arm ball stud, from the pitman arm ball stud and the vehicle, inspect the threads on the tie rod ends, the ball stud threads and the ball stud seals, and clean the threads on the ball studs.
